The Samsun Plant, Tekfen Group’s and
Toros Agri’s biggest industrial investment
to date, was commissioned. The USD335
million investment brought import
dependence in raw material supply to a
minimum, and ended the plant’s need for
natural gas and electricity with the clean
energy it provided.

Built by Tekfen, the SOCAR
Tower was inaugurated in
2015. Rising like a flame in
the sky, the building became
Baku’s new symbol, and was
chosen “The Best Office
Building Project of the Year”
by ENR (Engineering News-
Record).
TEKFEN HOLDS THE FIRST

Tekfen Construction completed the Baku Olympic
Stadium in a record period of 24 months and
with an impressing 21 million manhours accident-
free performance. The stadium hosted the first
European Games, receiving a plethora of awards
after it was opened.
HOME AGAIN
2015...
Tekfen undertook the construction
of the 509-km long Yıldızeli, Sivas–
Seyitgazi, Eskişehir segment of the
TANAP project, thus returning to
pipeline projects in Turkey after a
long interval. One of the aspects
that make TANAP special is that it
is an entirely environment-friendly
project.
