*By the decision of the Küçükçekmece 4th Criminal Court of Peace dated 11 September 2025 and numbered 2025/7284 (Miscellaneous Business), it was resolved to seize the Can Group’s all shares of the Company’s share capital Pursuant to the Law on the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) and the relevant legislation, TMSF was appointed as trustee representing such shares and governance rights deriving from the shares.
