Tekfen Construction and SOCAR’s JV Azfen has signed an agreement as a subcontractor to Spanish-based Tecnicas Reunidas on the Modernisation & Reconstruction (Package B) Project of the Haydar Aliyev Refinery. Azfen will be undertaking the project’s construction and installation works at a contract value of about USD 237 million.
