Taksim Residences, situated between Taksim and Nisantasi, Istanbul's downtown and shopping area respectively, is regarded as the most prestigious residential complex of Istanbul.

Another demonstration of Tekfen Real Estate Development Group's commitment to Istanbul's historical heritage is its support to the Museum Project of the History Foundation.
