Bomsori Kim brought spring to Tekfen Philharmonic!

The Tekfen Philharmonic greeted the arrival of spring with a series of concerts at which the soloist was the talented and young South Korean violinist Bomsori Kim. Kim performed Max Bruch's Violin Concerto No 1 in G minor (Op 26) together with the Tekfen Orchestra at the Presidential Symphony Orchestra's Concert Hall in Ankara on 20 March, and at the Lütfi Kırdar Concert Hall in Istanbul on 21 March. The following day, they performed for classical music fans at the Caddebostan Cultural Centre in Kadıköy. At each concert, the orchestra and Bomsori Kim were rewarded with a standing ovation lasting several minutes.Celebrating its 20th anniversary.the Tekfen Foundation gave surprise gifts to 20 people in the audience.

Bomsori Kim's concert tour with the Tekfen Philharmonic was her debut in Turkey. The South Korean violinist, who despite her young age has already won several international awards, is described as 'one of the brightest and most exciting violin virtuosi' by the world's classical music authorities.
