The groundbreaking ceremony for HEP Istanbul "Home of My Life Project" has been held. Tekfen Real Estate Development had begun sales last October. Ekrem Inci, district governor of Esenyurt, and Necmi Kadıoğlu, mayor of Esenyurt, attended the ceremony, which was hosted jointly by Osman Birgili, President of Tekfen Group of Companies, and Ömer Egesel, General Manager of Tekfen Real Estate Development.
In his speech Osman Birgili said, "We believe that with its 1424 residences and a project worth of over 500 million liras, HEP Istanbul will provide considerable impetus to the development and rise in value of Esenyurt. We are happy that HEP Istanbul provides a serious level of employment during its construction, and that when finished, it will be the home of early 5000 people."
Ömer Egesel, General Manager of Tekfen Real Estate Development, said for his part that 45 percent of the 1424 residences have already been sold, which proves the rising value of the neighborhood as well as the trust in Tekfen.
Osman Birgili gave some good news regarding the project: "As a Tekfen tradition, we always try to make a contribution to the environment we are in. I would like to announce the good news that with the valuable support of the Esenyurt Municipality, we will be building a primary school to be turned over to the Ministry of National Education."
Residences at HEP Istanbul will be delivered to their new owners starting January 2017.
